This workshop is designed to support informal science providers and K-12 teachers. Explore the three dimensions of NGSS through discussions, hands-on activities and work time to apply what you learn to your classroom or program.
- Learn how to use the NGSS framework to support science content knowledge.
- Experience hands-on lessons outdoors, and create links to your own activities.
- Deepen your understanding with specific practices, techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with local educators on learning about and planning for the NGSS.
